 Jeanne’s Bags has come out with a new pattern! This one is named Brook!
Brook is a large-sized purse that has pockets all around inside, including a pen pocket.  There are also pockets on the back that are convenient for those things you need to keep close at hand.  Feet on the bottom give this purse a sophisticated look as well as keeping it up and out of the dirt. A decorative button on the front adds a bit of panache.
The Brook Purse pattern also includes instructions for three different closure options.  One method uses a zipper closure and it is really simple to do so do not be afraid!  The other two methods use a magnetic snap, one on a closure tab and one just on the inside of the purse body.
No matter which style closure you choose your new purse will require quilting, as usual, and that is totally up to you.  I prefer free-motion quilting and am inspired by the fabric design. Included in the Brook pattern are lots of color photos to help you step by step through the construction of your new purse.
