Usage Notes for Free Patterns

1. Patterns may be printed for your personal use.

2. Individual patterns may be printed for classroom use in public or private school or for use in quilt shop classes or for quilt guild workshops under the following conditions.

• Pattern is not changed.
• Pattern must show copyright note for Moonstone Creations.
• URL for source on www.quiltwoman.com must be on page.
• An e-mail, fax or letter notification must be sent to Moonstone Creations which indicates who is using the pattern and for what purpose.
• Patterns may NOT be assembled into book or booklet form.
• Pattern may NOT be sold. A charge of up to 10¢ per page may be charged to cover copy costs.
• OPTIONAL - We would like to create a gallery of the items which have been made from our patterns. We would appreciate photos of completed items for possible publication on QuiltWoman. So send us photos!

3. Patterns MAY NOT be reproduced in any electronic medium.
