Pattern Highlight

In the last blog I talked about the pattern trends for July. It was a list of the top 20 patterns purchased during the month. In case you missed the post here is a link.

This week I wanted to highlight more of the patterns purchased by our customers. These didn’t make the top 20 last month but I definitely think that they are worth a mention.

The first pattern I am going to highlight is Strippy Whippy. I don’t know about you but I love precut fabrics….. especially Jelly Rolls! I am always looking for something fun to do with them. This pattern is definitely going to be added to my list.

This next one is purrrfect (see what I did there?) for any cat lover out there. Quick and easy to piece background using 2.5″ strips and adorable appliqued cats to complete it. Change the background up for a completely different look. In the right colors it would make a fun addition to your Halloween decor.

This one looks complicated but it is actually a very simple design. The only “block” is created by two shapes sewn together making a triangle.

This bag pattern is very popular and is a classic. Insulated, roomy tote has pockets on the outside with a wipe clean lining on the inside. Great for a picnic or bringing your frozen items home from the store. Would also make a great diaper bag.

A perfect quilt pattern for that special fisherman in your life. 26 different lures allow you to create a throw or twin quilt. You could also mix and match lures and fish by purchasing one of the Catch of the Day patterns in addition to Caught Ya!. The blocks are the same size.
